Family Sick After Chipotle Meal - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Sevierville Tennessee

We’re a family of four that ate similar items on Friday, 11/29. We had the steak, brown rice, black beans, sour cream, guacamole, corn and mild sauce. Each of us are a variation of that meal.

Within an hour of departing we each had severe symptoms kick in - including diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, chills and so on. It’s still lingering in us several days later and made us extremely sick.
