Went to chipotle , had a burrito bowl with chicken , brown rice , black beans , mild sauce , cheese , sour cream , corn , and lettuce . Within 15 minutes of me eating I️ had to vomit right away . Immediately following that was diarrhea . This has been happening for hour hours so far | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
