I arrive at Chipotle in Duluth Ga, at around1:45pm 04/28/17 and ordered a chicken bowl, with brown rice and black beans, added guacamole, hot sauce and lettuce, i left 15 minutes later, i started feeling weird at around 2:25, a had a long way home so i thought i just get some rest and i will be fine, 15 minutes later i couldn't contain the urge to vomite, it was so bad that i didn't have time to pull over, i puked and puked, filled up my empty coffee mug and luckily minimized the ordeal, i got home around 3:30 took some pepto and immediately after went back to vomit horribly, i been feeling sick ever since and vomited 2 more times, i did take anything else other than some cereal at 6:30am so the cause of this virus has to be due to the food i got at chipotle. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
