A Chipotle bowl with brown rice, chicken, cheese, sour cream, and chopped tomato salsa, and black beans, I had lunch there at about 2:30 pm. I started feeling sick in the evening (bloated), and then started vomiting around midnight and have been up since then. Vomited multiple times, and just started vomiting green bile. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Bile
