I ordered chipotle in Powell on Sunday night. The next morning the diarrhea began. I have had what can only be described as explosive waterfalls of diarrhea with painful sharp feelings in my abdomen. My body is extremely achy and it is even hard to walk around. I have a burrito with white rice, pinto beans, steak, corn, hot sauce, sour cream, cheese, chips and guacamole. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
