Severe Taco Reaction - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Abilene Texas

7 years ago reported by user-ttzqq375 business

Chipotle Mexican Grill, South Clack Street, Abilene, TX, USA

3800 South Clack Street, Abilene, 79606 Texas, United States

I ate there Friday at 2:30pm and got a taco with guac, brown rice, veggies, corn, brown salsa, cheese, and lettuce. With a bag of chips. It's my regular to go order and I've always been fine with it no problems whatsoever. The rest of the day I was fine, enjoyed my taco it was delicious. Until Saturday morning, I woke up and had diarrhea first thing. Continued all day every 4 hours until mid afternoon and gained this horrible migraine which both continued until today, Tuesday (day 3). My headache has gone away but the diarrhea still continues to come. After Saturday night (day 1), the diarrhea became constant like every 2 hours. I also only had about 2 secs to get to the bathroom before it started to go everywhere. :( Late into Sunday night to Tuesday morning the diarrhea became an every hour thing. It was the most pain I have ever been in just aching and cramping feeling I got from it. At the first the diarrhea was watery and came out super quick the Monday night it gave me severe cramps every time I went super painful. On Monday, I became very dehydrated even tho drinking water and orange juice constantly and pumping those vitamins and vitamin c but still didn't work. I became very nauseous and almost threw up a couple of times. I tried excedrin migraine thinking this was all from a mirgraine bc I was very sensitive to light and stuff but the medicine just ended up not helping at all. Went to the doctor Tuesday, and she just gave me high dosage medicine grade Immodium to help with the diarrhea. Headache had passed on it's own. We didn't think it could be good poisoning but then since lookingon here we may think I got a really bad case of it. I got some of the same things everyone else did but it has not been reported in my city yet. Chipotle y'all need to get your act together - your food is way too good for this to keep happening. Your ingredients are fresh and clean apparently? Well then how do people keep getting sick at your restaurant???

P.S. sorry for any typos still on the mend. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Migraine, Headache
