I went to the Chipotle on Gilbert & Warner. I ordered a burrito bowl that contained: White rice, black beans, double chicken, pico , corn salsa, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. I ate only about 1/4 of the bowl when my stomach started to hurt so I assumed that I was full but was suprised cause I barley ate any. About 10 minutes later I started to get really bad stomach aches and I felt nauseous. I felt like I had a lot of gas bulit up inside my stomach so I went to the bathroom. (Graphic) Right when I sat on the toilet I immediately started to squirt liquid out of my anus and it didn't stop for 10 minutes. I still felt nauseous even after I stop discharging liquid. I stayed on the toliet cause I knew something wasn't right. Now the day after being on the toliet all night 07/22/17 I'm still running to the bathroom to relive my badly upsetting stomach. I advised my mom and let her know that if it doesn't stop or if I start throwing up I will go to the ER. Im so disappointed in Chipotle as they were my favorite restaurant | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas
