Around 11:00 a.m. on Sunday 04/24/16, my daughter and I ate at Chipotle. We both ordered the bowl with brown rice, black beans, tofu, lettuce, tomato salsa, corn, and by 5:00 that evening starting feeling sick to stomach. By 7:00 the next morning, horrible stomach pain, diarrhea, vomiting. Stayed home from work/school and still not feeling well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
