I got my bf and my mom chipotle last night. My mom started throwing up in the middle of the night with diarrhea and my boyfriend woke up this morning and threw up the chipotle he has last night. I got my mom a chicken bowl with salsa sour cream lettuce and cheese and my bf got a chicken and steak burrito with corn sour cream lettuce cheese and hot sauce. We rarely go to chipotle but now I will never go back. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
