I ate a burrito bowl. Brown rice, black beans, grilled veggies, hot and medium salsa, guacamole, lettuce, cilantro and a bag of corn chips. Ate at 9pm. Stomach ache almost immediately after eating by 10pm stomach gurgled and the diarrhea set in. Thankfully only lasted for about a half hour of 3-4 sessions in bathroom. Forced myself to vomit up anything left and it wasn't much. Husband ate burrito bowl with no symptoms.
