I ate at Chipotle on Saturday 3/5/2016 around 1:45 pm. I had the chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, lettuce, sour-cream, guacamole, mild salsa, salsa verde, and cheese. Around 8 pm my stomach started hurting and I felt lethargic. The next day the symptoms started increasing and I had some diarrhea. On Monday I was extremely lethargic and didn't have much of an appetite. I ate dinner and went to bed around 10 pm. I was awakened at 12:45 am with sharp pain in my stomach and I started vomiting and had diarrhea at the same time. After the 4th time of having the sharp pain, vomiting and diarrhea I decided to go to the emergency room. I had a low grade fever when I was admitted and dehydrated. They took blood and performed a CT Scan. After 4 hours the concluded that I had a virus. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
