Burrito bowl with brown rice, chicken , chorizo, tomatoes, corn, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Within hours I had vomiting and diarrhea. I went to urgent care and was diagnosed with gastrointeritis and severe dehydration. The next day I was admitted to the ER for severe dehydration.
