Burrito bowl with brown rice, chicken , chorizo, tomatoes, corn, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Within hours I had vomiting and diarrhea. I went to urgent care and was diagnosed with gastrointeritis and severe dehydration. The next day I was admitted to the ER for severe dehydration. I am also 2 months pregnant and the dehydration and lack of nutrients for 2 days put my pregnancy at risk. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Gas
