I went to chipotle on my break, and got a chicken bowl with corn lettuce cheese sour cream black beans and brown rice, and voimited and had dirreaha for the next three days. I took the weekend to rest and take fluids and figured i would go to the Dr. if i didnt feel better monday. On Monday afternoon 7/17, i felt better so i didnt go to the doctor. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
