I ate a carnitas burrito with brown rice, black beans, cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, salsa verde, and sour cream at 12:30pm. By 4pm, I had continuous vomiting, diarrhea, and a fever. This continued nonstop for 7 hours until I fell asleep. The next morning, the diarrhea continued and I am still dealing with it over 24 hours post-eating at Chipotle. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
