Ordered the double steak bowl white rice pinto beans cheese lettuce red sauce sour cream and corn on 11/4 at 230pm by 8pm explosive diarrhea, vomiting nausea and aches happened. Have not been able to keep any liquids or food down since 11/4 today is 11/6 and I am having to take IV fluids. To stay hydrated and alert. I will never eat there again not worth the sickness! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
