Had Beef Barbacoa Burito at 532 West Broadway Vancouver BC with: Brown rice Medium salsa Cheese Sour cream Guacamole Chips and queso Mandarin Agua Fresca Within 5hrs cramps, bloating. Within 7 hrs diarrhea and with 8 vomiting. Vomited 6 times within 24 hrs. Took 2 days to start feeling better but longer to get my appetite back. I should have known better. Food prep array was a complete mess, garbages over flowing. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache, Cramps, Bloating
