I ordered a chicken bowl to go on 07/05/18, the bowl had brown rice, chicken, black beans, mild mix, corn, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce. It started a few hours after eating it. It was all I ate that day and I felt perfectly fine before then. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
