12:30pm on Monday July 5th. Ate a chicken bowl with corn, medium salsa, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce. Had a plain bagel for breakfast that morning and pasta w/ tomato sauce at home the night before - neither of which seem to be the culprit. Vomiting and nausea starting around 4pm, still going on today as well as diarrhea and chills. Went to the doctor yesterday, since can barely keep just water down. Now slowly adding in gatorade to keep fluids up. On anti-cramping medication. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Chills, Cramps
