I ordered a burrito bowl around 6pm on Dec. 10, 2016. Th bowl contained tortilla, white rice, black beans, steak, chicken, sour cream, tomatos, lettuce, and cheese. Within 6 hours of eating it, i woke up in the middle of the night sweaty and felt very weak. I decided to try and sleep it off. But when i woke up again around 9am. I threw up twice, still feel weak, very sweaty, and have diahrea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Sweating
