For my husband - chicken bowl, brown rice, mild, corn, cheese, lettuce
We ate around 9:30, fell asleep around at 10:30. When husband woke up for work, he was having issues from both ends (vomiting and diarrhea). I woke up about half an hour after he did, and I also had vomiting and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
