- comments: observed no hand washing sign at hand sinks in dish washing area and rear storage area. Must provide and maintain.

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of appx. 30 or more rat droppings on floor under machine equipment in dish washing area,on top of paint can on shelving unit in rear area appx. 40 or more mice droppings on floor under shelving units and along wall bases in walk in cooler. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 2/9/22. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: observed an appx. '1/2-3/4' gap in center of double entry doors and along bottom of west door. Must make doors tight fitting.

- comments: must provide a splash guard on both sides of 3- compartment sink next to hand sink and mop sink.

- comments: must eliminate crates used for food storage in walk in cooler and provide adequate shelving units. Must provide sink stoppers for 3- compartment sink.

- comments: must clean debris build up from walk in cooler pop sleeves, fan guard covers & compressor units,counter tops at soda machine,storage cabinets,garbage corral. Must clean dust build up at service counter shelving units.

- comments: must repair or replace pin hole in far right compartment at 3- compartment sink,leaky pipe at hand sink behind soda machines.

- comments: must repair or replace damaged and loose wall bases on sales floor,floor tiles in walk in cooler,wall tiles around soda machines.
