- comments: observed no employee health policy on site. Must provide written employee health policy for all employees. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-010.
5. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed no vomit and diarrhea clean up kit/procedure on site. Must provide written procedure for the clean up of vomit and diarrheal events, and corresponding equipment outline in procedure. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005.
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no easily accessible hand sink in dish area. Must provide a dedicated, easily accessible hand sink with plumbed hot/cold water; soap/paper towels; and a hand washing sign. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c).
16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: low temperature dish machine (in use) not maintained. Measured 0ppm of chemical sanitizer inside of low temperature dish machine. Instructed must provide a means to sanitize utensils inside dish machine. Machine has been tagged and held for inspection. Priority violation 7-38-025. Citation issued.
22. Proper cold holding temperatures
- comments: observed tcs foods at improper temperatures inside prep cooler in cooking area of rear prep. Found cooked peppers @ 47. 6f; eggs @ 47. 9f; beef @ 46. 9f; and ham @ 48. 0f. Instrcuted all tcs foods must be held at 41f or less at all times while in refrigeration. Operator vountarily discarded dantured foods during inspection. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.
25. Consumer advisory provided for raw/undercooked food
- comments: observed consumer advisory not correctly noted on menus. Must provide consumer advisory disclosure statement, and reminders (*) next to each item on menu it applies to on menu. Priority foundation violation.
33. Proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control
- comments: observed 3 door cooler in cooking area of prep area unable to maintain proper temperature. Ambient air temperature of 52. 1f inside 3 door cooler. Instructed all refrigeration must maintain ambeint air temperature of 41f or less at all times. All tcs foods removed from cooler. Equipment tagged and held for inspection. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.
48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed no chemical test kit on site. Must provide a chemical test kit to accurately measure concentration of sanitizer in 3 compartment sink and/or dish machine. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed bike in prep area. Must remove all unneccessary items from prep area.
61. Summary report displayed and visible to the public
- comments: observed inspection summary report from 5/8/19 posted in facility. Must post most recent summary report (7/6/20) in facility. Operator given current summary report. Priority foundation violation 7-42-010(b).
