Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: sprouted humus wth tomatoes
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Sick: 2 people
Additional information: went to hospital heart rate was very extreme ups and downs - two fainting spells could not breath or move someone did cpr and called for an ambulance | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
