Report date: Mar 12, 202110. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed improper hot water temperatures of both unisex washrooms: employee washroom nearest prep area (75f) and rear washroom in hallway (74. 3f). Hot water temperature for rear washroom was maintained during inspection and reflected 102f. Employee washroom was noted at 9:05am at 90f. Instructed person in charge hot water at all hand washing sinks must be at least 100f. Priority violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed no handwashing signage at unisex rear washroom in hallway. Instructed to provide.

- comments: noted inoperable thermometer in coffee prep area reach in cooler. Instructed to replace.

- comments: noted no labels for bulk storage containers (sugar). Instructed person in charge all bulk and working food ingredient containers must be labeled with contents name.

- comments: observed no covered receptacle (waste can) for proper disposal of sanitary napkins in unisex washrooms. Instructed to provide covered waste receptacle.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed clutter stored on floor near conveyor belt in rear storage area. Instructed manager to remove all unused articles and equipment to prevent pest harborage.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: noted vent fan in unisex washroom in hallway not functioning. Instructed to repair.
