- comments: inspector comments: 5-204. 11: no handwash sink in rear prep area where prep cooler located, hand packed ice cream is scooped/handled and drinks assembled/salsa. Instd to install handwash sink under city pressure in same area. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c)(citation issued)

- comments: observed no 90-day shellfish tags for (raw oysters)being kept on site and provide a date on shellfish tags when the last shellstock is sold or served. Instd to record such date on tag and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)(citation issued)

- comments: must label food storage containers when food is not in original package.

- comments: observed an appx. '1/2-3/4' gap along bottom of patio and front door and in right corner of hot water /furnance door. Must make doors tight fitting.

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 2- live roaches crawling in crack of wood shelving unit and behind pipe along wall over 1- compartment sink. Also,appx. 100 or more rat droppings on floor under 3- compartment sink,under and behind ice machine,beverage area under table,hot water tank/furnace storage area. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 3/2/22. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: observed clay bowls used for food without label stating lead free. Discontinue usage or provide label for product.

Must repair or replace missing and damaged wall bases in prep areas,broken concrete flooring and wall bases smooth and easily cleanable in prep and dish washing areas,damaged ceiling in rear prep/dish washing area. Must provide floor drain cover under 3- comp sink.
