- comments: observed hot water temperature (124. 1f) above maximum temperature of 120f at hand washing sink in basement men washroom. Instructed manager to maintain hot water temperature(100f-120f) at all hand washing sinks. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c) citation issued

- comments: observed 1/4' gap on bottom left side of left door in receiving area. Instructed manager to seal all openings to prevent pest entry.

- comments: observed food items stored on floor in basement walk-in freezer. Instructed manager to elevate all items 6' off floor.

- comments: observed spillage and debris on interior and exterior surfaces of display coolers, slicers, prep tables, shelving units in prep and sales areas. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed leaking faucet on 3-compartment sink in seafood prep area, leaking drainpipe under hand washing sink in meat prpe area. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed no waste receptacles at hand washing sinks in prep areas. Instructed manager to provide waste receptacles in all areas waste is commonly discarded.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed meat spills on floor in meat walk-in cooler, debris on floor under display shelves in sales area, along walls and corners in rear storage and basement areas. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
