- comments: observed food and drink items stored on floor in sales and storage areas. Instructed manager to elevate all items six inches off floor.

- comments: observed dust, dirt and debris on interior and exterior surfaces of display shelves, shelving units, rolling carts, bases of coolers, freezers and checkstands. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
