High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed 4 rodent droppings in dry storage area by shelf with single service items. Observed 10 rodent droppings behind reach in freezer in storage area. Observed approximately 24 rodent droppings under reach in coolers. **Warning**
High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. On prep table in middle of kitchen: shell eggs 56°F, hummus, 58°F, sausage 60°F. In fliptop across from cookline. Cooked potatoes 56°F. On prep table in back storage area. Beef 56°F, Yogurt 57°F. At front counter coffee station. Milk 56°F, half and half 50°F.
