Report date: Mar 19, 20245. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed no clean-up policy procedure and items for vomiting and diarrhea. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: must adjust faucet to stay on longer for hand washing in 1st fl. Girl's south hand sink.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of appx. 100 or more mice droppings on paper goods and dish storage racks,on dollie underneath 3- compartment sink,on lower shelf of prep table where scale is located,on floor next to walk in freezer #2,on floor behind grease trap at 2- compartment sink,on serving line on ralings of counter cabinets,on floor behind door in dry food storage area. Lunch room-on pallet of x-ray machine,next to file cabinet at exit doors and the sign next to reach in cooler. Culinary arts room-on lower shelf of white rolling cart near desk must remove droppings,clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 3/19/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: must invert multi-use utensils on dish storage rack in main kitchen and culinary arts room.

- comments: must repair or replace worn door gasket on bread reach in cooler.

- comments: observed no temperature measuring device for high temperature dish machine in culinary arts must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)

- comments: must defrost ice build up from milk cooler on serving line. Culinary arts room-interior and exterior of reach in coolers and freezers,hot holding units,fryer cabinets,prep tables. Delime ice machine.

- comments: must repair or replace leaky pipe underneath 3- compartment sink in culinary arts room.
