Ate at Five Guys on July 29, 2018Are a little bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard an order of Cajun French fries and a chocolate milkshake. I've had a pounding headache since 3 am, have been nauseous and vomited and have had diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Headache
