- comments: observed no shellstock tags attached to the containers in which mussels and clams were stored in the basement walk-in cooler. Must attach shellstock tags to containers until the last items are sold. Mussels and clams have been discarded and denatured. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed an incomplete consumer advisory for raw/undercooked foods - the advisory is missing a disclosure statement. Instructed management to add a disclosure statement to the current advisory that says, 'items can be served raw or undercooked or contain undercooked ingredients. ' priority foundation 7-38-005.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 40 rat droppings on the floor underneath the furnace in the basement utility room. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings from the affected area and contact pest control to eliminate all pest activity from the premises. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: found heavy grease and dirt built on the stove top in the 1st-floor prep area. Must detail clean and maintained.

- comments: found the 2-compartment prep sink in the basement without a faucet. Instructed management to repair/replace the missing faucet and maintain it.
