- High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. cooked pasta (60F - Cold Holding); cooked pasta (58F - Cold Holding) operator states the pasta was taken out of refrigerator approximately 1 hour ago.
