- comments: observed over 100 mice droppings throughout establishment. Mice droppings were located in mop closet, under shelves in rear storage leading to back door and in rear storage closet behind refrigeration along walls and corners. Instructed to clean, sanitize and eliminate evidence of pest activity on premises. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed grease spills on floors under cooking equipment and under dish washing areas. Must clean and maintain.
