- comments: 6-501. 111 observed over 40 rodent droppings in the dry storage area of the facility. Instructed manager to service area. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) no citation issued, still within time frame to correct.

- comments: 5-205. 15 observed leaking toilet in banquet bathroom. When toilet is flushed water leaks from top of toilet. Instructed manager to repair.
