- comments: prep cooler in poor repair, internal temperature of 45. 1f. Cooler tagged and held for inspection at this time. Instd to repair and able to maintain product temperature of 41f or below. Contact cdph for reinspection when repaired. Citation issued 7-38-005 priority

- comments: exterior sides of wok station and fryers with excessive grease, food debris. Instd to clean and maintain

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: walls in rear storage room and wall behind toilet in poor repair, water damaged and worn, uneven surface. Instd to repair walls and have smooth, even and easily cleanabe.
