- comments: observed a slight debris accumulation encrusted on the interior of the ice machine. Must remove debris, detail clean inside ice machine/have serviced and maintain ice machine at all times.

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed gap opening approx 1/4 inch at bottom left corner of the rear exit door. Must pest proof door all across the bottom to prevent pest entry and maintain.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed chipped rust on the wire storage racks in the walk-in cooler. Instructed to remove rust and repaint or replace the shelves.

- comments: observed stained cutting board on top of the prep line cooler. Instructed to resurface or replace the cutting board and maintain.

- comments: instructed to detail clean the food/grease splashed debris on the sides and underneath the grill prep area, prep tables, food storage containers, interior and exterior of the coolers,sides and interior bottom compartments of the deep fryers.

- comments: observed outside waste grease container not maintained. Grease container had grease all on top of the lid and spillage on to ground floor. Instructed to detail clean due to potential pest feed and maintain. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b),citation issued.

- comments: instructed to detail clean and organize the rear hot water tank area and remove unnecessary articles due to potential pest harborage and elevate mops,brooms cleaning equipments off the floor at least 6' inches to facilitate cleaning.

- comments: instructed to replace burnt-out light bulbs above the dishwashing area and maintain adequate lighting at all times.
