- comments: observed accumulated food debris/spills on all shelves at rear prep and dishwash area. Must clean all shelves and maintain.

- comments: outside dumpsters overflowed with garbage, and they were unable to close dumpster lids. Instructed manager outside dumpster lids must be closed and tight fitted. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b).

- comments: observed dust/dirt/food debris build-up on basement floor along walls and corners. Must clean basement floor throughout and maintain.
