- comments: 2-402. 11 observed some food handlers with hair restraints, however hair was not properly restrained in the baseball caps/hair nets. Instructed to always properly restrain hair, hair should not be coming out of the hair restraint.

- comments: 6-201. 11 observed floors need to be re-grouted in various areas of the prepared foods prep area. Instructed to make all surfaces smooth and easily cleanable.

- comments: 6-501. 12 observed accumulated food debris on the walls and in between floor tiles in the prepared foods prep area. Observed accumulated dust on the ceiling by the vents above the prep tables and stained ceiling in the bakery food prep area. Observed staining water outside of the walk in cooler located in the seafood prep area. Instructed to clean/remove all.
