- comments: torn/missing rubber door gaskets on the swinging doors of the deli walk-in cooler. ----broken/missing window on the swinging doors of the dairy walk-in cooler and replaced with cardboard. Must properly repair/replace all.

- comments: must not use paper as liner for the metal food cart in the bakery/deli area. All shelving must be smooth and cleanable.
