- comments: observed slight leak at one walk-in freezer in basement, heavy build up of ice behind one compressor in other walk-in freezer in basement, and broken gasket on door of walk-in cooler located in deli section. Instructed to correct and maintain all walk-in coolers in good condition.
48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed final rinse and wash gauges not functioning on high temperature dish machine located in bakery section. Instructed to repair or replace and maintain in good condition. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed build up of brown and black slime on caulk around 3 compartment sink located in meat cutting room. Instructed to remove, clean, sanitize, re-caulk, and maintain in good condition.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed broken handle on toilet in all gender customer restroom located on first floor. Instructed to repair or replace and maintain in good condition.
