- comments: observed 2 soda bolttles being stored in the deli meat counter. Instructed not to store any products that could cause contamination in counter at any time. Manager disgarded bottles.

- comments: dishmachine in deli area in need of detail cleaning to remove all grease build up. Instructed to detail clean and maintain.

- comments: observed walk in cooler thermometers in poor repair. Instructed to correct and provide internal thermometers as a precaution.

- comments: observed 5-7 house flies in decorating corner of bakery. Open product left unattended with a fly on cake. Manager quickly discarded cake. Instructed to clean and sanitize area, contact pest control for service to eliminate all fly activity. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued

- comments: all food handlers must use hair restraints to contain long hair. Instructed to correct and maintain at all times.
