- comments: observed 5-7 house flies in decorating corner of bakery. Open product left unattended with a fly on cake. Manager quickly discarded cake. Instructed to clean and sanitize area, contact pest control for service to eliminate all fly activity. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued
