- comments: observed no hot water at hand washing sinks in kitchen staff washroom (70. 7f), south thrid floor girls (65. 5f), boys (70. 1f), staff (71. 7f) washrooms. Instructed manager to provide at least 100f water at all hand washing sinks. Priority 7-38-030(c)

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed over 100 mice droppings scattered on floor along walls in kitchen, serving, office and dry storage areas, inside compressor units in serving area, on shelves in serving area, on floor inside closets in pre-k storage 103b and 104b. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observec 1/4: gap on bottom of main entrance door, second entrance door, and gym exit door. Instructed manager to seal all outer openings on all door to prevent pest entry.

- comments: observed clogged drain in girls third floor south washroom. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed no covered waste receptacle in kitchen staff washroom. Instructed manager to provide.

54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed outside trash compactor leaking and liquid waste on ground around compactor. Instructed manager to repair/replace compactor and clean outside garbage area. Compactor shall have tight-fitting lids, doors, or covers. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b)

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed dust buildup on ceiling vents and light shields in kitchen. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: previous core violations not corrected from report #2574944 on 4-26-23:38-must repair or replace gap along bottom of kitchen delivery door must make door tight fitting to prevent rodent entry. 47-must repair or replace worn door gaskets on 2- door reach in cooler near dry food storage area,hot holding wall unit. 55-must elevate,remove and organize articles off of floor and away from walls in all pre-k closets and class rooms. 56-must repair or replace cracked light shield in walk in cooler, missing light shield in walk in freezer & burntout lights.
