- comments: observed no hot water at hand washing sinks in beta serving area(87. 4f), third floor beta boys washroom(83. 2f), third floor girls beta washroom(77. 3f), first floor girls washroom(85. 2f). Instructed manager to provide at least 100f water at all hand washing sinks in serving and washroom areas. Priority 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed over 20 mice droppings scattered on floor under shelving units, on top of pasta, tomato sauce, and single service article boxes in dry storage area. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: observed ice buildup on floor in walk-in freezer #1. Instructed manager to remove and maintain.
