- comments: observed exposed hand washing sink in dish area rendered inaccessible by it being turned of due to massive leaking when it is turned on. Instructed to maintain all exposed hand washing sinks open and accessible for hand washing. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed apprx 30 droppings of evidence of pest activity along the wall on the floor near the ice machine. Instructed to contact pest control and have a service with service log upon return inspection dated feb 25th 2022. Instructed to clean and maintain all areas. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: observed the inside of the deep fryer hot oil filtering unit with a heavy build up of grease and food debris. Instructed to clean and maintain all
