- comments: observed table top hot holding unit at 117. 9f with tcs food inside. Hot holding equipment must be at 135f or above. Owner moved food. Equipment tagged. Must not be used until inspected by cdph. Email cdph when ready. (priority violation 7-38-005) citation issued.

- comments: observed no thermometer in meat display case. Instructed to provide and maintain.

- comments: observed approximately 10 or more live roaches crawling on wall behind 2-compartment sink in meat prep area, in kitchen next to rear hand sink. Approximately 10-12 live large flies flying around premises, in prep area, and on tables. Approximately 50 or more small flies on walls and ceilings in prep, meat, and produce areas. Instructed to contact pest control service on or after today's date. Clean and maintain. (priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a)) citation issued.

- comments: observed meat stored in plastic bag. Food must be stored in food grade bags or containers.

Interior ice machine in need of cleaning. Faucet at hand washing sink in rear kitchen in need of cleaning. Instructed to clean and maintain. Observed ice build up in ice cream freezer. Instructed to defrost and maintain.

- comments: observed black foul smelling sewage/waste water coming from floor drain next to ice machine when handwashing sink is turned on and running water. Owner repaired floor drain, cleaned and sanitized area during inspection. Must moniter and maintain at all times. (priority violation 7-38-030(c)) citation issued.

- comments: observed no covered receptacle in all women's customer and employee restrooms. Instructed to provide and maintain.
