- comments: observed numerous packages of meat(chuck steak, ribeye steak, sandwich steak, spencer steak, beef shanks, etc) spoiled, discolored (black, brown and green patches) and displayed for sale in meat display cooler. Observed several green and white mold spots on sliced slab bacon displayed for sale in display cooler. Instructed manager to discard. Food displayed for sale shall be safe, unadulterated and in good condition. Priority 7-38-005 citation issued

- comments: 6-202. 13 observed fly strips hanging in basement produce prep area. Instructed manager to remove all fly strips from prep area.

- comments: 4-903. 11(a;c) observed meat trays stored on floor inside meat walk-in cooler. Instructed manager to elevate all trays six inches off floor
