Burrito Causes Severe Illness - Mad Mex Fresh Mexican, West Gosford New South Wales

I wish to report a case of acute food poisoning after eating there. My husband and I had dinner at approx. 5.30pm on Saturday 16/07/2022. My husband ordered nachos and I ordered a beef burrito with beans and toppings (tomato salsa, guacamole, cheese, sour cream). We ate in the restaurant and didn’t use the take away so I was unable to obtain a sample. I felt fine until I woke up suddenly at approx. 4.30am Sunday morning feeling very nauseous. By 5am I was violently ill with continual vomiting and diarrhea for the next 6 hours. I was so sick I almost passed out and 7am I was I was to weak to walk. I know it was the burrito because I ate nothing else that day/night except some fresh fruit and a muffin from my own home and I don’t have any food allergy’s. I’ve experienced food poisoning before and know the symptoms....this was definitely E-coli and not a stomach bug. I’m very upset and feel traumatised by how terribly sick this restaurant made me | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
