- comments: observed pest activity on premises. Over 10 rat droppings inside the washroom and storage areas, under shelves by the toilet bowl,etc. Remove droppings, clean and maintain. Priority foundation violation: 7-38-020(a), citation issued

- comments: must not use duct tape as a means of repair at chest freezer door by the butcher's area. Remove, surface must be smooth,cleanable and non-absorbent material.
