- comments: no hot water provided at following handwashing sink: deli department at temp of 79f to 83f(second floor); gelato serving area at temp of 64. 6f to 65. 6f; starbuck coffee at temp of 70. 1f. Customer's washroom water temp of 64. 5f. Instructed to use temporarily alternative sink for handwashing. A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 38oc (100of) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Priority violation: 7-38-030(c),citation issued

- comments: found cooked beef brisket stored inside hot holding unit at temp of 120f, 129f, and 131. 2f. Hot holding food must maintain a temp of 135f and above. Food discarded and denatured. Pounds 6, value 60 priority violation:7-38-005,citation issued.

- comments: waste pipe above dry food storage must be encased. Need to change dirty wrap with excess stains inside poultry walk-in cooler prep area, encase them. The surface must be smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent surface

- comments: excess ice build-up at condenser unit inside the walk-in freezers at dry storage area. Instructed to repair. No food under the unit.
